Zucchini Flour

Homegrown using organ practices zucchini that is freeze dried and blended to create nutrient dense zucchini four. 

This product can be used to thicken soups, sauces, shakes, etc. You can also use this in a 1:3 ratio with normal flour in any baking recipe. We do recommend using this on recipes you have made before and know what moisture consistancie you need as it is not an exact science for the ratio. 1 ouch of zucchini flour is 1 large peeled and cored zucchini.
